WASHINGTON -- Chuck Norris doesn’t donate to political campaigns; political campaigns donate to Chuck Norris.
According to a Medill analysis of Federal Election Commission records on donations to the 2008 presidential candidates, 91.5 percent of all donations by those indentifying themselves as actors, producers and others involved in entertainment industry were to Democratic candidates for president. Only 8.5 percent of political donations went to Republicans, based on records analyzed by Medill.
